Service / Web Design & Development

Web design
+ development.

Sites, stores, and web apps that earn their keep. We design every interface, write every line of code, and tune every page until it loads fast, looks sharp, and converts. From a one-page launch to a full custom platform — one studio, end to end.

Part 01

UI / UX Design

Every project starts here. Before a single line of code, we figure out what your site needs to do, who it's for, and how it should feel.

Good UI/UX design is not about making things look nice. It's about making the right things easy to find, easy to use, and easy to act on. If a visitor can't figure out what your site offers in five seconds, no amount of pretty styling will save it. Our UI/UX design services start with research and finish with a Figma file you can hand to any developer in the world.

We sit with you to map out your audience, the questions they're asking, and the actions you need them to take. From there we sketch low-fidelity wireframes, test the structure, then build out a full visual design system — type, color, spacing, components, all consistent across every page. This is the foundation everything else stands on.

What's included

  • Discovery workshop — goals, audience, competitors, scope.
  • Information architecture — sitemap, page flows, content priority.
  • Wireframes — low-fidelity layouts for every key page.
  • Visual design system — type scale, color tokens, spacing, components.
  • High-fidelity mockups — pixel-perfect designs for desktop, tablet, mobile.
  • Interactive prototype — click-through Figma prototype before development.
  • Design handover — clean Figma file with developer-ready specs.

Part 02

Custom Development

When a template won't cut it. Front-end and back-end builds in the stack that fits your project — not the one we always use.

Some projects need a custom build. Marketing sites with heavy animation. Web apps with real user accounts. Platforms with their own data models. Anything that needs to integrate with three different APIs and not break. Our custom web development services cover the full stack — from a fast, animated marketing site to a full SaaS product with auth, billing, and admin tools.

We pick the stack to fit the brief. Next.js and React for fast, modern marketing sites and web apps. Laravel for back-end APIs, dashboards, and platforms that need a real database. Node.js when the front-end and back-end need to share code. We don't push one stack on every project — that's how agencies waste your money.

What we build

  • Marketing sites — high-performance Next.js builds with rich animation.
  • Web apps — user accounts, dashboards, real-time features.
  • SaaS products — billing, auth, admin panels, multi-tenant.
  • API integrations — CRM, payment, analytics, third-party tools.
  • Performance tuning — tuned for fast load and Core Web Vitals from day one.
  • SEO foundations — clean markup, structured data, fast indexing.

Part 03

E-commerce Website Development

Stores that sell. Whether it's your first ten products or your ten thousandth, we build commerce that earns more than it costs.

E-commerce is the highest-stakes part of web work. Every second of load time, every confusing checkout step, every broken mobile layout costs you real money. Our e-commerce website development services are built around one goal: turn more visitors into paying customers, on a stack that won't buckle when you scale.

For most stores we recommend Shopify — it's fast to launch, easy to manage, and has every payment and shipping integration you'll need. For brands that want full control of the front-end (custom animations, unique product pages, tight Web3 or app integration) we build headless commerce setups: Shopify or BigCommerce on the back-end, custom Next.js on the front. Best of both worlds.

What's included

  • Shopify development — custom themes, sections, app integrations.
  • Headless commerce — Shopify Storefront API + custom Next.js front-end.
  • Product pages — designed for conversion, not just for show.
  • Checkout optimization — reduce abandonment, speed up purchase.
  • Payment integration — Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, regional gateways.
  • Inventory + shipping — multi-location, real-time rates, tax handling.
  • Subscription & loyalty — recurring orders, points, referrals.

Part 04

CMS Website Development

Sites your team can actually update. Custom design plus a content system non-technical people can use without breaking anything.

Most clients hate the idea of needing a developer to change a paragraph. That's where a content management system comes in. Our CMS website development services give you a fully-designed, fully-coded site plus an editing interface your marketing team can use without any code knowledge. Add a blog post, swap a hero image, launch a new landing page — all from a clean dashboard.

We work with three CMS platforms regularly. WordPress when you need the biggest ecosystem of plugins and integrations. Webflow when design freedom and visual editing matter most. Sanity or Strapi when you want a headless setup — CMS for editors, custom front-end for users. Each has its sweet spot, and we'll tell you straight which fits your team.

What's included

  • Custom theme development — not a marketplace template.
  • Editor-friendly fields — clean dashboards, no clutter.
  • Block-based pages — build new pages with reusable sections.
  • Multi-language ready — if your audience speaks more than one.
  • Performance hardening — caching, image optimization, CDN setup.
  • Security & backups — regular updates, automated backups, monitoring.
  • Editor training — a session walking your team through how to use it.

Landing Page Design & Development

Single-page builds that do one job and do it well. For paid campaigns, product launches, and time-sensitive offers.

Sometimes you don't need a full website. You need one page that converts a specific audience for a specific reason. A new product. A paid ad campaign. A waitlist signup. A webinar registration. Our custom landing page design and development services build exactly that — one page, designed and coded around a single goal, ready to launch in two to three weeks.

Every landing page we build is structured around the offer, not the brand. We figure out the one action you want a visitor to take, then shape the whole page around making that action obvious and easy. Fast load times, clean copy, smart CTAs, mobile-first. Hooked up to your ad pixels and analytics so you can measure what works.

What's included

  • Strategy session — offer, audience, goal, conversion target.
  • Copy direction — headline, sub-head, value props, CTA flow.
  • Custom design — on your brand, built for the offer.
  • Fast development — 2–3 week turnaround typical.
  • Form & CRM integration — HubSpot, Mailchimp, Calendly, custom.
  • Analytics & pixels — GA4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn, conversion tracking.
  • A/B test ready — structured for variant testing on day one.

How a project moves

Six phases, no surprises.

Whatever the brief, projects move through the same six phases. The depth changes by scope — the structure doesn't.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Workshop to align on goals, audience, scope, timeline. We leave with a shared brief.

  2. 02

    Strategy

Sitemap, content priority, and a tech-stack recommendation tied to your real needs.

  3. 03

    Design

Wireframes → visual design system → high-fidelity pages. Weekly demos.

  4. 04

    Build

Front-end and back-end development. You see real code on a staging URL within two weeks.

  5. 05

    QA & Launch

Cross-browser testing, performance pass, SEO foundations, then live on your domain.

  6. 06

    Evolve

Post-launch support, performance monitoring, content updates, ongoing growth.

Why teams pick us for web

Not the cheapest.
Worth what you pay.

There are a thousand web agencies. Here's why the ones who pick us stick around.

01

Design and code, one team.

Most agencies hand off between designers and developers. We don't — the same studio that designed your interface writes the code. Nothing gets lost in translation, and the build looks like the design.

02

We pick the stack to fit you.

Some shops build everything in WordPress because that's what they know. Others insist on Next.js for every project. We pick the stack that fits your team's skills, budget, and growth plans — even if that means saying no to a fancier build.

03

Performance is a feature, not a checklist.

Fast sites convert better, rank better, and feel better. We tune Core Web Vitals from day one — not at the end as a bolt-on. Speed is the standard, not the goal.

04

Built to evolve, not to break.

We don't disappear at launch. Sites are built to be edited, extended, and grown by your team for years — clean code, documented decisions, sensible patterns. Easy to maintain, easy to hand to anyone.

Frequently asked

Questions buyers actually ask.

Q.01 How long does a project take?

Depends on scope. A landing page is 2–3 weeks. A small marketing site is 6–8 weeks. A full custom build with e-commerce or web app features is 12–16 weeks. We'll give you a real timeline after the discovery workshop — not a wild guess on day one.

Q.02 Do I own the code and design files?

Yes. Once the project is paid in full, you own everything — source code, design files, brand assets, all of it. We hand it over with documentation. No platform lock-in, no monthly licensing for things you already paid for.

Q.03 Do you handle hosting and domain?

We can. For most projects we recommend Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare for front-end, with managed databases and CDN setup. We can also deploy to your existing infrastructure. Either way, you control the accounts — we don't hold your domain or hosting hostage.

Q.04 What about post-launch support?

Every project includes 30 days of bug-fix support after launch. Beyond that, we offer monthly retainer plans for ongoing updates, performance monitoring, content changes, and new features. Most clients stay on a small retainer for the first year — not because they have to, but because it's easier than starting fresh every quarter.

Q.05 Can you redesign an existing site?

Yes — redesigns and rebuilds are a big part of what we do. We'll audit your current site, figure out what's worth keeping (content, SEO equity, integrations) and what needs replacing, then plan the migration so you don't lose traffic or rankings during the switch.

Q.06 What if I just need part of this?

That's fine. We work with clients who already have designers but need developers, or have a finished site but need a single landing page added, or need help fixing a half-built project. Tell us what you need — we'll tell you straight if we're the right fit.

Q.07 How do you handle SEO?

SEO foundations are baked into every site we build — clean semantic HTML, fast load times, proper meta tags, structured data, sitemap, robots.txt, image optimization, mobile-first. That's the technical layer. For ongoing content SEO and ranking strategy, that's our digital marketing service (coming soon).

Q.08 Where are you based, and how does that affect things?

Studio is in Islamabad, Pakistan. We've shipped projects to clients in 14+ countries across the US, UK, EU, and the Middle East. We work in your timezone for meetings, deliver on your business calendar, and bill in USD or your local currency. Distance hasn't been a problem for any of our clients — the work speaks for itself.
