How many pages should my company profile be?

There is no fixed answer — it depends on your business and audience. Construction and EPC firms often need more space because their project galleries carry the credibility argument. Consulting and tech firms often work better in a shorter, sharper format. We match the page count to what your readers actually need.

Do you write the profile copy too?

Yes. Most clients bring rough copy and we tighten it section by section. If you want us to write from scratch we run two interview sessions with leadership, then draft and refine. Copy is priced separately from design.

Can you produce an Arabic version?

Yes. We design RTL-aware layouts from the first concept, pair Arabic typefaces with the Latin set, and deliver both versions from one source file. Translation is handled by native-speaker partners; we project-manage the round trip.

Will you handle the actual printing?

We coordinate with printers in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Dubai, and Riyadh. We supply pre-press files, paper-stock recommendations, and proof reviews. The printing contract sits between you and the press — we do not mark it up.

What format do I get the final files in?

Print-ready PDF (CMYK, bleeds, crop marks), screen PDF, InDesign or Figma source, all linked assets, and a flipbook link if you opted for it. Everything you need to reprint, re-export, or hand to another agency later.

How often should I update my company profile?

Once a year for most firms. Quarterly if you complete many new projects or hire fast. Tender season often pushes a refresh. Light edits inside the first 30 days of handover are free; after that we offer a low-friction annual refresh package.
