Most startup advisors trade in slides and frameworks. We have built
and delivered product, brand, and growth for real businesses in 14
countries — and we sit beside founders the way we sit beside
our own team. Practical, hands-on advice for first-time founders,
small business owners, and growing teams in Pakistan and worldwide.
Any stage, early to scale/Retainer or sprint/Pakistan-based, global hours
▸ The roadmap
From early idea to scaling up. Different stage, different help.
A founder still figuring out the idea does not need the same
advice as one who is already hiring senior people. We map our
support to where you are right now, and shift it as your business
grows.

▸ Board readiness
Most founders come to us in the middle stages — that
moment between "we have something working" and "are we ready
for the next step?" That is where advisory pays off most, but
we work across the whole journey.
▸ Engagement
Different ways we work — all of them practical.
Pick the engagement that matches what you are trying to figure
out right now. We can switch between sprint, retainer, and
embedded modes as the business grows.
01Sprint
Two-week strategy sprint
Focused engagement on one specific question. Examples:
"Should we raise now or wait six months?", "Is our pricing
leaving money on the table?", "Why is retention dropping
after week four?". Deliverable: a written recommendation
and decision memo.
2 weeks · Fixed scope
02Retainer
Monthly advisory retainer
Ongoing strategic partnership. Weekly working sessions, async
Slack access, deep work on whatever moves the needle that
month. Most founders run this for six to twelve months,
spanning fundraise prep, hiring, and GTM resets.
Monthly · 3-month minimum
03Embedded
Fractional embedded advisor
Two days a week embedded in your team. Joins standups, owns
a strategic workstream, hires for it where needed, hands it
off cleanly when the function is mature enough to stand
alone. Typically used for first-time GTM or first-time
fundraise.
2 days/week · 6-month minimum
▸ What we know
Where founders use us most.
Go-to-market.
Sales motion design, ICP sharpening, channel selection,
pricing experiments, founder-led sales playbook, content
distribution, lead engine. We have set up GTM for SaaS,
Web3, services firms, and physical-product startups.
Fundraising prep.
Story development, deck strategy (we partner with our pitch
deck team), data room readiness, investor list curation,
diligence prep, term sheet sanity checks. We do not raise
capital for you, but we make sure you walk into rooms ready.
Brand & product strategy.
Positioning, naming, messaging architecture, product
narrative, design-system thinking. We bring the same
discipline our agency uses for clients to your in-house
decisions — faster, with less politics.
Hiring & org design.
Sequencing the first 10 hires, scorecards for senior roles,
interview rubrics, comp benchmarking against your stage,
org structure that scales without drama. We have hired
across markets — we know the regional curves.
Operating cadence.
Weekly metrics, monthly reviews, quarterly OKRs, board
cadence. Operating systems that fit a 6-person team without
feeling corporate, then evolve when you are 30. Boring on
purpose — reliability is the point.
Crisis & pivot.
Runway under threat, co-founder fallout, pivot pressure,
customer churn cliff. We have sat in those rooms and
helped founders make the hard call instead of the easy one.
Confidential, pragmatic, fast.
▸ Why us
Operator advisors, not advisor-advisors.
We have delivered, repeatedly.
Eleven years building real product, brand, and growth for
real clients. We tell you what worked and what did not, with
receipts.
We know your market.
Pakistan, GCC, Southeast Asia, North America, Europe. We
have delivered in 14+ countries and we know which playbooks
travel and which do not.
We say no to bad deals.
We turn down founders we cannot help. Wrong stage, wrong
domain, wrong founder fit — we say so on the first call
and refer where we can. Your time is worth more than our pipeline.
We are accountable to outcomes.
Each engagement has written goals, weekly check-ins, and a
quarterly review. If we are not moving the needle, we exit
early instead of running the clock.
▸ FAQ
Founder questions, founder answers.
Are you advisors or operators?
Both. Our day job is delivering web, brand, marketing, and
Web3 for clients in 14+ countries. The advisory practice
sits on top of that operator base — we tell you what
we have actually done, not what frameworks suggest.
What stage of business do you work with?
We work across stages — first-time founders just
getting an idea off the ground, small business owners
figuring out the next move, and teams already in market and
raising capital. Past a certain scale the problems get more
institutional, and we usually refer to specialists. We will
say so on the first call if the fit is wrong.
Do you take equity instead of fees?
Sometimes. We have done equity-only and equity-plus-cash
arrangements with a small number of founders we knew well
and believed in. By default we work cash retainers. We do
not pitch equity-for-advisory as a default model.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, mutually. We expect you to sign one back. After that,
we operate the same way regardless — what happens in
advisory stays in advisory. Most founders eventually skip
NDAs and rely on track record instead.
Can you also build the website / deck / brand?
Yes. That is the unfair advantage. Most advisors recommend
a vendor and walk away. We can advise on your fundraise
strategy and build your deck, your investor data room, and
your website — all from one team, all visually coherent.
How is this different from a coach?
A coach helps you become a better operator. An advisor
helps you make better decisions. We are the second. We
bring a point of view, push back when you are wrong, and
make calls with you on hard problems — not just hold
space for your reflection.
Can you take a board seat or observer role?
Observer yes, board seat by exception only. Board seats
come with fiduciary duty and we are selective about taking
them on. Observer roles let us be useful in the room
without the legal weight, and that is enough most of the time.
What does it cost?
Sprint engagements are fixed-price. Retainers and embedded
arrangements are quoted based on scope, depth, and time
commitment. Send a short brief and we will come back with
a proposal inside 48 hours.
Ready when you are
Bring the question. We will bring the work.
Tell us where you are in the journey, what is keeping you up, and what good would look like in 90 days. We come back with a proposal inside 48 hours.
